1. Nature of Service

MOON WORLD acts as an Intermediary / Agent to facilitate the purchase of digital assets (Diamonds) from third-party platforms like Ola Party on behalf of the customer.

2. Agent Authorization

By placing an order on our website, the customer explicitly authorizes MOON WORLD to act on their behalf for the following purposes:

• Act as their representative to procure diamonds from the platform.
• Make payments to the third-party platform on their behalf.
• The payment made for the actual cost of diamonds is a reimbursement of expenses and not a sale by the company.

3. Pricing & Taxes

The total price displayed at checkout includes:

• Actual Cost: The exact amount paid to the third-party platform (Ola Party).
• Service & Facilitation Fee: Our professional charges for managing the recharge.
• GST: Goods and Services Tax (18%) is applicable only on the Service & Facilitation Fee as per Rule 33 of CGST Rules, 2017.

4. No Refund Policy

Since digital assets are credited instantly, all transactions are final. No refunds will be processed once the diamonds are successfully credited to the provided User ID.

5. Accuracy of Information

The customer is responsible for providing the correct User ID. MOON WORLD will not be liable for recharges made to an incorrect ID provided by the user.
